After graduating from high school in Tanzania, I went to university in Japan in 2003, majored in economics, and went on to graduate school. After graduating, I wanted to work in Japan and gain experience, so I experienced job hunting for new graduates. It was during the employment ice age after the Lehman Shock, and I wanted to work in overseas sales, but that didn’t work out, so I got a job at a major travel agency. After that, I changed jobs to a trading-related company, and after four years of experience working in the export of used cars, I joined Magari Japan. I used to be friends with Marathon President Ideda of Magari Japan. He knew the person well, so he thought, ``I could do a good job with this person.’’

お客様に喜んでもらうのが Delivering used cars
that meet the client’s wishes
In this job, you will be responsible for the entire process, from purchasing used cars to making proposals to customers, sales, and after-sales follow-up. Naturally, the required knowledge and workload will increase, but the skills and rewards will come accordingly. We are truly happy when we can safely deliver a car that meets the customer’s wishes within the desired budget, and make the customer happy. I love communication, so I chat with customers every day as if they were friends. We both love cars, so it’s fun even though it’s work. Although our transactions involve international shipping, we believe that our customers can feel at ease through close communication.

会社を大きく成長させていきたい Increase the number of sales and employees
to grow the company significantly
Magari Japan is a company with a very homely atmosphere that makes it easy to work. Work is busy, but I think the environment is calm and allows you to concentrate on your work.
In the future, I would like to increase the number of used cars sold, increase the number of employees, and grow the company. To achieve this, it is important to always keep your mind fresh and take on new challenges. Times are always changing. SNS has become mainstream in sales promotion and information dissemination, and things have changed completely from the past. Our company does a lot of business with African countries, and the average age in Africa is young, so we would like to continue learning to keep up with the times. It would be great if we could all work together to grow the company, with the help of the younger generations who are about to join the company.
